No. SW(S) 15/2008/258:- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 32 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (Central Act No. 56 of 2007) the State Government do hereby makes the following Rules, namely:- 1. Short title and Commencement :- (1) These Rules may be called the Meghalaya Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2012.
