G.S.R.33.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (56 of 2007), the State Government here by makes the following rules, namely:-
Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Government of Rajasthan Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010.
