No: WCD 479 PHP 2007, Bangalore, Dated: 19″November, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (Central Act 56 of 2007), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.
