No. OAH-2009/c.R.46lsudhar-1:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Maintenance and welfare of parents and senior Citizens Act,2007 (b6 of 2002), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
Short title.–These rules may be called the Maharashtra Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010
