In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with subsection (2) of section 32 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (Act No.56 of 2007), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2011, issued in G.O.Ms.No.49, Department for Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizens (DW), dated: 28.12.2011
