We are pleased to share a new tab on our website: State-wise Financial Assistance Schemes for Senior Citizens.
The objective of this tab is to help older people (senior citizens) become aware of their social welfare rights and access the various financial schemes, programmes and other benefits offered by the Central and State Governments.
The schemes have been collated from various sources and websites, including myScheme by the Government of India and State Social Welfare websites, so that older people who are poor, underprivileged, destitute, widowed or disabled can access financial support schemes that may help strengthen their financial position.
