Pankaj Mehrotra is the Founder of Elderly Care India and is a leading and prominent International and Global personality in the Elderly Care sector (Old Age Care, Aged Care, Senior Citizens Care, Eldercare, Long Term Care).
He is also an Elderly Care Advisor, Senior Living Consultant, Adjunct Faculty along with being an Honorary Advisor with over 12 organisations like 50 Plus Assist, 60 Plus Care, DrRing, Prana Physiotherapy (New Zealand), Agewell Foundation (Former Advisor) Aan Charitable Trust etc.
Pankaj is a Post Management graduate having 31 years' experience in NGO Management, Project Management across the NGO, Telecom, and Hospitality sectors. He has been in consulting roles for Senior Living (Retirement Homes, Assisted Living, Old Age Homes). He is involved with Aged Care / Old Age Care services, creating recommendations for National Standards, Policies, Guidelines, besides mentoring students and professionals as an Adjunct Faculty with India's top premier institution.
Pankaj is committed to bringing innovation and innovative solutions for the entire spectrum of Aged Care, Elderly Care, Long Term Care, Old Age Care and Senior Citizens Care at the International and Global scale.

Dr. Mrigna Nagraj
Dr. Mrigna Nagraj is the Founder of 50 Plus Assist, a leading Home and Assisted Home Care organization specializing in Dementia Care, Intellectual Companionship, Healthcare, and Home Management.
She completed her Bachelor's degree from India, and her Master's from Brazil. She is also a Senior Eldercare Specialist trained by the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre at the University of Tasmania (UTAS).
Her passion and commitment to the cause of Ageing is reflected in the ethos, ethics, and service delivery excellence embraced by her entire team. Dr. Mrigna has been a founding team member of several eldercare service organizations, where she not only led by example but also contributed in developing essential standards, guidelines, and supporting research initiatives.
Arpit Singla
Arpit Singla is a leading Design and Strategy professional and the Digital Strategy Advisor to Elderly Care India. He is also a prominent International advocate for the elderly care sector, including old age care, aged care, eldercare, long term care, assisted living, and retirement communities.
He brings over a decade of experience across healthcare, telecom, retail, and insurance. He works closely with the team on website strategy, information structure, and online journeys, helping improve clarity, usability, and prioritization across the organization's digital presence. His focus is on simplifying complex information, reducing friction, and designing systems that support better decisions over time.
He holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, and is an alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
