INDIRAMMA Weavers Pension (Rural)

Scheme Description	Implemented by Department of Rural Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is a monthly pension to destitute weavers who are 50 years or above in age.
Eligibility	The applicant should be from a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family. The applicant should be a local resident of the district. The applicant should be from a rural area. The applicant should not be covered under any other Pension Scheme. The applicant should be a Weaver. The applicant should be 50 years of age or above. The applicant should be destitute.
Central / State Scheme	State Scheme, Department of Rural Development
Implementing Agencies	The Panchayat Secretary disburses the pension to the eligible citizens, in the presence of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Members and the Office Bearers of Village Organization.
Scheme Details	The eligible citizens will be identified by their respective Gram Sabhas. The register containing the list of eligible citizens will be shared by the Panchayat Secretary with the Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO). The scale of benefit under the pension will be notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Documents Required	Proof of Age Domicile Certificate Below Poverty Line (BPL) Certificate
Further Information / Process	The eligible citizens will be identified by their respective Gram Panchayat during the Gram Sabhas. The Panchayat Secretary maintains a register of eligible persons and sends the Gram Sabha resolution recommending eligible persons to the Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO).

INDIRAMMA Old Age Pension (Urban)

Scheme Description	Implemented by Department of Rural Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is a monthly pension to elderly persons aged 65 years or above.
Eligibility	The applicant should be from a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family. The applicant should be from an urban area. The applicant should be a local resident of a district of Andhra Pradesh. The applicant should not be covered under any other Pension Scheme. The applicant should be 65 years of age or above. The applicant should be destitute (with little or no means of subsistence and no family or relative to depend upon).
Central / State Scheme	State Scheme, Department of Rural Development
Implementing Agencies	The Bill Collector disburses the pension to the eligible individuals in the presence of Ward members and office bearers of DWCUA.
Scheme Details	The Ward Sabha identifies eligible persons based on the eligibility criteria. A ward-wise register of eligible persons (Part A for existing pensioners, Part B for new eligible persons) is maintained by the Bill Collector. The scale of benefit under the pension will be notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Documents Required	Domicile Certificate Proof of Age Proof of Residence Below Poverty Line (BPL) Certificate
Further Information / Process	The eligible citizens will be identified by their respective Ward Sabhas. The register containing the list of eligible citizens will be shared by the Bill Collector with the Municipal Commissioner.
