Scheme DescriptionLaunched by the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HPBOCWWB) under the Government of Himachal Pradesh, provides financial support to registered construction workers.
Eligibility
  1. The applicant must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh.
  2. The applicant must be a Building or Construction Worker.
  3. The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 60 years.
  4. The applicant should have worked in building or construction activities for at least 90 days in the preceding 12 months.
  5. The registration must be renewed annually.
  6. The worker should be registered as a Building or Construction worker with the "Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board".
  7. The worker's membership with the Welfare Board must be active.
  8. The worker should be 60 years of age or older.
  9. The beneficiary should have been a continuous member of the Board for three years before attaining the age of 60 years.

Scheme Details
  1. Once they reach the age of 60, beneficiaries are entitled to a monthly pension, with a guaranteed minimum amount of ₹1,000/-.

  1. Proof of Identity.
  2. First page of Passbook.
  3. Age proof
  4. Labour Card
  5. ID proof of the worker issued by the organization
  6. Any other documents as required

  1. The interested applicant should visit the Labor Welfare Office (during office hours) and request a hard copy of the prescribed application form from the concerned authority.
